What you can actually build on the FlowSentric Free plan
4 agents, 2 workflows, 200,000 tokens a month, 10 documents and Privacy Guard, free forever. Three setups that fit inside those limits, and what doesn't.

- Free is 4 agents, 2 workflows, 200,000 tokens a month, 10 documents and Privacy Guard. No card, no timer.
- A private research assistant, a drafting agent in your voice and a two-step approval workflow all fit.
- Scheduling, EU-hosted models and AI Meetings belong to the paid packages. Everything you build on Free carries over.
"Free forever" usually hides a trial timer or a plan so small you can't do anything with it. Ours is meant to be neither, so here is exactly what's inside, and three setups that fit.
The numbers
| What | Free plan |
|---|---|
| Agents | 4 |
| Workflows | 2 |
| Tokens per month | 200,000 |
| Knowledge documents | 10 |
| Privacy Guard | included |
| Credit card | not required |
| Time limit | none |
Tokens are the unit models bill in. As a rough rule of thumb, 200,000 tokens is on the order of 150,000 English words in and out combined. That's a lot of drafting for one person and tight for a whole team, which is roughly the line we wanted to draw.
Setup 1: a private research assistant
Upload up to ten documents you keep coming back to: a contract template, your price list, the internal FAQ, the one policy nobody can ever find. Ask questions in chat with Privacy Guard on. Answers cite the document and the page. This alone replaces a surprising amount of "let me find that file and get back to you".
Setup 2: a drafting agent in your voice
Build one agent whose system prompt is your tone guide, attach the same documents, and use it for first drafts of emails and short documents. Use Suggest with AI to write the prompt from one sentence, then edit it until it sounds like you. Run it in the test panel before you rely on it. The full walkthrough is here.
Setup 3: a two-step workflow you trigger by hand
Two workflows are enough for "summarise this document and draft a reply" with an approval step in the middle. Scheduling belongs to the paid packages, so on Free you start workflows manually. For many small teams that is honestly how they'd use them anyway.
German business tools, included
VAT-ID validation against VIES, the BZSt qualified confirmation, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung e-invoices, DATEV export, Handelsregister lookup, form filling and bund.dev open data are all available on Free. We didn't want compliance tooling behind a paywall.
What isn't on Free
- Scheduled runs for agents and workflows.
- EU-hosted "(EU)" models, AI Meetings and Voice AI. Those come with the Business and Custom packages.
- More than four agents, two workflows or ten documents.
When you hit one of those walls, we size a package around what you've already built. Nothing has to be rebuilt. How packages work.
