1. About cookies on this site

This marketing site uses the bare minimum of browser storage to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across sites.

2. What we store

• fs-theme — remembers your light / dark choice (localStorage).
• fs-lang — remembers your language, English or German (localStorage).
• fs-cookie-consent — remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it isn't shown again (localStorage).
• Session cookie (application only) — the app at app.flowsentric.com sets one secure, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in. This marketing site itself sets no cookies.

3. Privacy-first analytics

We use no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site trackers. We may use Umami — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves — which records only aggregate, anonymous visit data (page views, referrers, country) and never personal data or cross-site identifiers. The only other third-party origin we load is the application (app.flowsentric.com), where the embedded chat widget is shown.

4. Managing your preferences

Because we use localStorage (not classic cookies) for site preferences, you can clear everything at any time from your browser's "Clear site data" / privacy settings. Doing so simply resets your theme, language and the cookie notice — nothing else is affected.

We'll update this page if our use of cookies or browser storage changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
