FlowSentricTerms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FlowSentric you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
FlowSentric is a cloud-based AI workspace platform providing multi-model chat, agents, workflow automation, knowledge base, media generation, embeddable widgets, and related services. Features vary by plan.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the platform or its outputs at scale.
- Use the platform to build a competing product.
- Share credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on FlowSentric. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. We process your content only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI-generated content
AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it. FlowSentric does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose of AI outputs.
7. Billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR via Stripe.
- You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We enforce token budgets — you will never receive a surprise overage bill.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 14 days of charge.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (AI model APIs, hosting, payment processors).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSentric's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your data is removed within 30 days (some backups may persist up to 90 days).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires a different jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
