An AI chatbot for your website that answers from your own content
Point the chat widget at your website and your documents, paste one script tag, and visitors get answers, appointments and a real person when they need one. You decide what it knows, what it stores and for how long.

What a website chatbot should actually do
Most visitors arrive with a short, concrete question: do you deliver to Austria, what is in the starter package, can I book a call on Thursday. A chatbot earns its place on your site when it answers those from your real content, says so when it does not know, and passes the rest to a person without making the visitor start again. That is the job the FlowSentric widget is built for.
Its answers come from what you give it: an agent you already built, or simply a model with a short instruction, grounded in your knowledge folders and your own website. Learn my website reads your pages starting from the sitemap, stays on your domain, respects robots.txt and follows links at most three levels deep. When a complete pull no longer finds a page, its copy leaves the index. On a public widget the assistant stays on its topic, so nobody can turn your support chat into a free general-purpose AI on your bill.
Questions it could not answer are collected, and a weekly summary lands in your notifications. Write the answer once, and it goes into the widget's knowledge so the next visitor gets it. Leads come in through a form you define, with each field checked by its type, and can be scored when the conversation ends and handed to your CRM through a workflow or a signed webhook.
On privacy, you as the site owner are the controller and FlowSentric is the processor. The widget is built to support that role: Privacy Guard can mask what visitors type before it reaches a model, finished conversations are deleted after the retention period you choose, and the editor drafts a privacy-policy section from the widget's real settings, in English or German. That draft is a starting point with placeholders, not legal advice.
What it does for you
Answers from your site and documents
Combine your website with handbooks, price lists and FAQs in knowledge folders. The chatbot answers from them, and the gaps report shows exactly what is still missing.
A person when it matters
With hand-over on, a visitor can ask for a human or the assistant can call one in. The first teammate to take over owns the chat, and while a person is in it no model runs and no tokens are spent.
Appointments and leads in the chat
Visitors book in the conversation or on the booking page, within your working hours, buffers and existing calendar entries. New leads can be emailed to your team once per conversation.
