An AI phone agent that answers your business calls
Connect a phone number to the same assistant that runs your website chat. Callers talk normally and can interrupt, get answers from your knowledge and book an appointment, and every call arrives in your inbox as a written conversation.

Why an AI receptionist, and where it stops
Calls come at the worst moments: in the middle of an appointment, after hours, three at once. An AI receptionist picks up every one, answers the routine questions (opening hours, prices, directions, what a service includes), takes a booking and leaves you a written record. In FlowSentric this is not a separate product with separate content. It is your website assistant with a phone line, using the same knowledge, the same instructions and the same privacy settings. You can also give one of your agents its own line.
In real-time mode, which is the default, the caller's audio streams to FlowSentric, is transcribed by our own speech recognition, and the answer is read out sentence by sentence by our own voice service while the rest is still being written. When the caller starts talking, the assistant stops at once and listens; a cough or speakerphone echo does not count. If the real-time services are unavailable, the call is answered in classic turn-based mode, where the telephony provider handles the speech, rather than being dropped.
Answers on the phone are short by design: one or two spoken sentences, numbers and times said the way a person says them, no lists and no web addresses. If nobody speaks, the assistant asks whether the caller is still there and then says goodbye. You set the greeting, the language, the voice and the longest call you allow, and every turn runs on your plan and token budget like any chat message.
What it does not do today: it answers incoming calls only, it does not place outgoing calls, and it cannot forward a caller to a colleague's phone. Your team sees the transcript in the inbox and calls back. A widget that requires sign-in never answers calls, because a caller's identity cannot be verified on the phone.
What it does for you
A conversation, not a phone menu
No “press 1”. Callers say what they need in their own words, can interrupt mid-sentence, and the first words of an answer play while the rest is still being written.
Bookings while on the line
With booking switched on, the assistant finds a free slot and books it during the call, through the same engine and rules as your booking page.
Every call written down
Each call is stored as a conversation in your inbox. When the caller hangs up, the same end-of-conversation steps run as for a chat: lead scoring, a workflow, a webhook.
